About

Jordan was raised in Edwardsville, Illinois, just outside of St. Louis, Missouri to James and Linda Nolan. She was the second child born, just 13 months after her sister, Kristin, and has two younger brothers, Ryan and Jacob. From a young age, Jordan showed interest in acting and participated in several community theater performances, but dance soon became her love.

She studied the Cecchetti method of ballet through the professional levels and mastered jazz, contemporary, modern, and tap. As a teenager, she was captain of her high school competitive dance team and enjoyed choreographing for games and competitions. Always wanting to live the big city life, Jordan moved to Chicago for college and continued dancing at Hubbard Street Dance and on her school’s team where she became captain, continued choreographing, performed with various artists such as Gloria Estefan, and won the UDA national championship among other awards. Before graduating, Jordan spent a summer studying abroad in Milan, Italy where she traveled to over 12 different countries.

In 2011, Jordan moved to LA to continue dancing and choreographing, but her day job at a hotel on the Sunset Strip quickly took priority. Over the next five years, Jordan used the hotel’s work perks to travel the world while she tried to keep up with dance classes at Millennium and the Edge as best she could. As she made a name for herself in the hospitality world, she realized how unfulfilled she was. Just before marrying her high school sweetheart, David Krouse, she left her job as the hotel’s event planning manager to get back in touch with her inner artist through acting and to start a business around her travel invention, the blingsling®

Since then, Jordan has taken class at Groundlings, UCB, Elizabeth Mestnik Acting Studio, and Speiser/Sturges, and has appeared in multiple short films with supporting and lead roles. Jordan was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2019 and has since made a full recovery. With a new lease on life, she continues to work on her acting and dancing while inviting new art forms into her life such as voice work, writing, photography, and the behind-the-scenes world of filmmaking. In her spare time, Jordan also enjoys activism and mentoring girls through local organizations.
